The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will drive the optimization and oversight of cable harnessing and PCBA production processes. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust testing stations to ensure eVTOL components meet the highest quality standards, working collaboratively across teams to support a safe, efficient, and innovative manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize cable harness manufacturing processes Oversee and enhance PCBA manufacturing processes and design workflows Set up, operate, and maintain testing equipment and dedicated test stations for cable harnesses and PCBAs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product safety and compliance Troubleshoot production challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in cable harness manufacturing At least 2 years’ experience in PCBA manufacturing process or design Demonstrated expertise in setting up and managing test stations using specialized testing equipment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or related field Familiarity with eVTOL or aerospace manufacturing environments Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary package, comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, plus opportunities for professional development and performance-based incentives.
