$80 - $100 per hour We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Snowflake Architect for one of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in the Snowflake environment, focusing on performance optimization, scalability challenges, and role-based access control (RBAC) strategies. Key Responsibilities
Performance Optimization : Analyze and optimize SQL queries and data models to enhance performance. Scalability Solutions : Identify and implement strategies to address scalability issues within the Snowflake platform. RBAC Implementation : Design and manage role hierarchies and permissions to ensure secure and efficient data access. Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve issues related to performance and data access in the Snowflake environment. Collaboration : Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure best practices in data management and utilization. Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of the Snowflake platform and its functionalities. Proven experience in query optimization and performance tuning. Strong understanding of RBAC and role hierarchies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Skills
Familiarity with cloud data warehousing concepts. Experience with data modeling and ETL processes. Knowledge of SQL and data analytics tools. Seniority level
