Our Client is looking for a Senior Client Partner –

Sales who will be responsible for identifying and selling to the ISVs and Hi-Tech decision makers, including C-Level executives, across CTO and CIO org within net new and existing accounts. We are looking to hire a practitioner sales executive passionate about client success, digital product engineering, and about delivering better product outcomes and business value for our clients! A results driven leader with a growth mindset who is not afraid to disrupt the status quo, lead, and coach global, cross-functional teams to help forge strategic, long-term partnerships. Have a successful track record of opening new logos and driving growth Demonstrated consistent results in achieving annual revenue targets and delivering 30%+ growth within existing book of business. Can communicate with and build relationships with senior client stakeholders (CXO, CXO-1,CXO-2 and CXO-3 levels) Possesses strong SDLC / technology / industry knowledge. Strong focus on Client Service excellence. Can operate in a fast-paced and matrix environment Adept with different commercial and engagement models Ability to understand product and technology roadmap, tied to this, present offerings and solutions that will help deliver value Passionate about creating value by delivering outcomes that matter to our clients What you’ll do Identify and sell to the decision makers including C-Level executives, within ISVs and Hi-Tech accounts Consultatively identify requirements and propose offerings to customers Create and deliver client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiation Customer solution selling that could include software licenses for Client, partner solutions, and services Building and managing a strong Sales Pipeline. Anchor client meetings and pursue any opportunities generated with the help of pre-sales, and external partners Prospecting, qualifying and closing deals with new customers Cross-selling and Upselling experience Strong large deal sales skills, particularly in outsourcing and transformation deals. Consultative selling skills. What you’ll bring BA/BS Degree (MBA Preferred) At least 15 years of experience in driving pursuits for large size proposals client relationship management –managing relationships with key client personnel and CxOs within client organization. Navigate account(s) to identify various deals, build internal consensus and priorities opportunities. Strong knowledge of business environment and norms to be able to spot opportunities and ensure conversion to business as per client needs. Knowledge of selling concept, principals & guidelines esp. deal closure, handling objections etc. Understanding of impact of industry trends, competition nuances and offerings, sectoral priorities, relevant regulations etc. Knowledge of value articulation principals including client ROI and appropriate storyboarding techniques. Knowledge of Client context and client engagement guidelines including organizational sensitivities to consistently look for new solutions. Strong focus on Client Service excellence. Seniority level
