is seeking a part-time

Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)

to join their primary care team located in

Mandan, North Dakota.

The clinic boasts onsite laboratory, X-Ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI, 3-D Mammography, pharmacy, and much more. Practice Details: Part-time, employed position Clinical Practice; Monday-Friday, 8am - 5 pm No call or weekends Family Medicine/Urgent Care experience preferred, but not required Practice with autonomy while having the support of Physician and staff Order diagnostic tests Perform procedures such as splinting and suturing Prescribe pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatments as appropriate Qualifications: A Master's or Doctorate degree and certification by an accrediting body Ability to obtain ND licensure Must have CPR, ACLS and PALS Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care and/or primary care with minimum of 2 years experience is preferred Benefits: Guaranteed base salary Quality incentives Core benefits –CME, benefits, malpractice, and more About CHI St. Alexius Health: CHI St. Alexius Health is a Level II Trauma Center and is the largest health care delivery system in central and western North Dakota that is comprised of a tertiary hospital in Bismarck, and critical access hospitals (CAHs) in Carrington, Dickinson, Devils Lake, Garrison, Turtle Lake, Washburn and Williston and numerous clinics and outpatient services. Responsibilities Patient Care: Diagnose and treat various medical conditions. Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans. Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories. Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Provide clear and concise medical information. Foster a collaborative and patient-centered approach to healthcare. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans. Ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations. Diagnostic Procedures: Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging. Perform procedures as needed. Collaborate with specialists for further diagnostic evaluation. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions. Provide consultative services to other healthcare providers. Quality Improvement: Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives. Review and analyze clinical outcomes for continuous improvement. Implement changes to enhance patient care and safety. Compliance: Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice. Stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements. Participate in quality audits to ensure adherence to standards. Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of medical advancements and best practices. Participate in ongoing medical education and training. Contribute to the development of clinical protocols and guidelines. Qualifications: American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Specified Area of Medical Specialty A valid and unrestricted state medical license or license-eligible
