Geriatrician/Mobile Doctor, Regional Medical Director Location:
Northern and Central Orange County, CA, and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive medical assessments for elderly patients in diverse settings (home care, assisted living, nursing homes) Prescribe medications and develop tailored treatment plans to address the complex medical needs of seniors Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure the highest standard of care Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records Coordinate referrals to specialists and other healthcare facilities as needed Provide leadership and clinical direction for Advanced Practice Providers (NP, PAs) Qualifications:
