Examine, diagnose, and treat patients in the area of endocrinology. Order tests and prescribe appropriate medications as indicated by patient diagnosis. Diagnose, treat, and manage disorders of the endocrine system, including pituitary, thyroid, adrenals, ovaries, testes, and pancreas. Diagnoses and treat conditions such as thyroid disease, diabetes, infertility, hypertension, cholesterol disorders, osteoporosis, and cancers in the endocrine glands. Perform general duties such as maintaining patient records and providing on-call coverage as needed. Qualifications
Medical degree or foreign equivalent. Completion of residency training in Internal Medicine. Completion of Fellowship training in Endocrinology. Maryland medical license or eligible for Maryland medical license. Work Schedule: weekdays, rotating weekends, some holidays and on-call. Additional Information
