As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Embassy of Huntingdon Park, you will be providing direct nursing care to our residents while ensuring that their comfort, health, and safety are a top priority. You'll play an essential role in supporting the nursing team, administering treatments, and helping ensure our residents receive the highest quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer nursing care and medications as prescribed by the physician Monitor residents' health conditions and vital signs Assist in the development and implementation of care plans Provide support to nursing assistants and other team members Document patient information and care activities accurately Communicate with residents and their families to ensure all care needs are met Ensure that the facility remains a safe and comfortable environment for all residents Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to residents What We're Looking For:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
licensure in the state of Pennsylvania Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus Strong clinical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others A caring, patient, and compassionate nature A commitment to providing high-quality care in a collaborative team environment Perks & Benefits:
