: Reason for Coverage: Retiring Breast Imager Practice Setting: Imaging Center-based Breast Center affiliated with Providence Santa Rosa Average Number of Cases Per Day: Screens: 41.0 Diagnostics: 7.2 MRIs: 2.1 Stereotactic Biopsies: 0.2 Ultrasound Biopsies: 1.1 MRI Biopsies: 0.1 Breast Ultrasounds: 5.2 Total: 56.9 Documentation System/EMR: Powerscribe, EPIC, Hologic Number of Exam Rooms: 2-3 Number of Radiologists in Practice: 5 in local practice Description of Support Staff: Associated Mammography and US Techs Do You Use Teleradiology? Not for Breast Imaging Patient Age Demographic: Predominantly adult women with breast imaging needs (35+) Board Certification Requirement: Board Certified or Board Eligible - ABR or AOBR Fellowship Training: Breast Imaging Fellowship preferred Will you Accept Providers Needing to Obtain State License?
