Mid-size Dallas (Uptown) law firm seeks banking/finance associate with 2-5 years of experience. Ideal candidate will have strong competency in drafting and negotiating financing documents, intercreditor agreements, workout, restructure and related agreements. Previous banking/finance experience in real estate lending, commercial lending, asset-based lending, workouts, restructurings and foreclosures (both real and personal property) is essential. Requisite skills include title and survey review, familiarity with title insurance regulations, UCC search review, organizational document review, document drafting and negotiations, and due diligence coordination, research and analysis. Outstanding academic achievement, excellent oral and written communication skills and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service is required. Our banking and finance attorneys have many years of experience advising regional and national financial institutions, as well as other leading organizations, in virtually all aspects of their business and credit activities. Other requirements:

Licensed in Texas; 2-5 years banking/finance experience; Exceptional writing and oral presentation skills, detail-oriented, proactive, self-starter, with strong academic background; Ability to work effectively with people under pressure, to exercise sound judgment, and to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues; Ability to multi-task, creatively problem solve, and bring new projects to timely completion.
