Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at La Paella Chef Catering, located in Pompano Beach, FL. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks which include answering and directing phone calls, maintaining communication with staff and clients, providing executive administrative assistance, and performing various clerical duties. The Assistant will also support the Paella Chef/Owner in scheduling, organizing meetings, and coordinating events and catering services.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Excellent Clerical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Clean driving record to drive company van
