Insightful Talent is partnering with a talent solutions organization in their search for their next Executive Recruiter! This role is pivotal in driving the company's success by delivering high-quality recruitment solutions for direct hire positions in the Finance and Accounting space. As a full-desk recruiter, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including business development, client management, and candidate sourcing and placement.

What you’ll be doing:

  1. Full-Desk Recruitment Process:
  • Own the recruitment process end-to-end, from initial client engagement to candidate placement and onboarding.
  • Source, engage, and build relationships with top-tier Finance and Accounting professionals through various channels, including job boards, networking events, and social media.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather client and candidate feedback, and facilitate offer negotiations.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Market Expertise and Strategy:
    • Stay current on market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry developments within Finance and Accounting.
    • Provide strategic guidance to clients on talent acquisition best practices.
    • Develop targeted recruitment strategies to address client hiring challenges and opportunities.

    What the client is looking for:

    • Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
    • 3+ years of experience in full-desk recruitment, specifically with direct hire experience in Finance and Accounting.
    • Strong business development skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
