• Assesses and diagnoses mental health conditions of incarcerated individuals, develops and implements treatment plans to address psychological issues
• provides counselling and therapy, conducts risk assessments for violence or self-harm, and contributes to rehabilitation efforts aimed at reducing recidivism rates
