Oversee, manage, and implement all company focuses in Sales, Marketing, and Strategy in promoting our brands as the best in the industry. Duties And Responsibilities
Oversee Operations, Sales, and Customer Satisfaction for specified Region Provide support and supervision for Estimators, Contractor Admin, Project Admin, Project Manager, and Construction Manager Communicate with Sr. Project Managers and Contract Administers daily Ensure that crew schedules are managed in a way that maximizes overall profitability Approve new vendors/subcontractors Purchase requests from corporate Work with corporate to establish policies and procedures Reports to COO of AstroTurf, Senior Director of Operations, and EVP of Business Development and Marketing Attend pre-bid, pre-construction, and sales presentations when needed Manage and oversight of the yearly Regional budget Support sales team Train salesmen with a continuous focus on improving presentation and follow through Conduct regional training and team building sessions Assist salesmen in developing short and long-term sales plans Develop a regional short and long-term sales plan Hire sales coverage with corporate approval Improve Co-op purchasing message and opportunities Establish and manage regional expense budgets Manage relationships (Clients, Distributors, Designers, Contractors) inside Region Bridge customer satisfaction issues between the client, operations, manufacturing, and construction. Lead weekly conference call for Region Communicate Region success stories to marketing (Press releases, photos, testimonials, white papers with regional appeal) Trade show: plan, execute, and evaluate local shows Communicate all problems to corporate Executive team Please note this description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, HS diploma/GED required Experience: 10+ years’ experience Courses/Certifications/Training: Certified Field Builder license Superior written and verbal communication skills Other Details
