DIRECTV is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Director to help lead our innovative product and packaging roadmap to market. As DIRECTV innovates, this role will be responsible for delivering improved cost per acquisition and customer lifetime value through go-to-market strategies that deliver organizational subscription growth goals.
Reporting into the Acquisition Strategy group, this role is critical to helping DIRECTV deliver our company goals for new product areas and for a broader audience of customers.
Here's what you’ll do: Deliver core value creation across products through managing our approach to acquisition cost based on audience strategy and capabilities. Lead strategy team view of future partnership value working in concert with business development and product. Help steer LTV strategy across products, channels, and future initiatives. Work cross-functionally to implement strategy vision across our customer and digital teams, IT, Brand, and Hardware. Collaborate with all key teams involved in GTM for upcoming critical projects in 2025 and beyond. Work with our channel partners to optimize our customer journey from our Digital team to our channel leads in call centers. Be an expert on our content and product offerings from consumption to purchase drivers to feature usage. Partner with research to understand consumer behaviors, purchase decisions, and messaging resonance. What you’ll need to be successful:

Ability to adapt to change and work effectively under tight deadlines. 10+ years of marketing experience with the role requirements noted, preferably in a competitive, fast-paced industry. Subscription experience a plus. People Management experience required. Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field preferred. This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the United States.
