Sony Electronics is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to support and innovate the way we work with creators, ambassadors and influencers. This role will lead the influencer relationship management, drive the strategy for paid campaigns, support influencer affiliate marketing and manage the Sony Alpha Collective program for the Sony Alpha cameras, lenses and more.
As a worldwide leader in Consumer Electronics, Sony continues to push the boundaries, both with our products and on how we bring them to market. This exciting and dynamic role in Sony’s Imaging Solutions department will work collaboratively with the content, social media, events, PR and retail marketing teams, to help tell the Sony Alpha story through the lens of creators. This position would report directly to the Director of Marketing for Imaging Solutions.
Responsibilities
Manage the Sony Alpha Collective ambassador program, driving strategy, execution, communications, program reporting, and relationship management. Manage influencer relationships as the go-to point of contact within the brand for key relationships and in-person at events. Oversee influencer campaign strategy across in-feed, allowlisting and retail. Responsible for talent review, contracts, content reviews, influencer communications, influencer briefs, and reporting. Oversee affiliate program with influencers for Imaging. Drive overall North American influencer strategy inclusive of recommending partners for events, brand content, retail partners, internal Sony teams, Sony sister companies and more. Lead forecasting, budgeting, and contracts across influencer. Manage agency partners supporting execution of influencer work. Manage, strategize, and share learnings with Sony global HQ in Tokyo to impact overall global influencer strategy. Minimum Requirements
5 - 7 years of influencer marketing experience. Experience in driving influencer content for a consumer electronic brand. Familiarity with the imaging industry. Ability to form strong working relationships amongst key internal and external partners. Experience executing on tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Extensive project management skills with the ability to juggle and successfully deliver multiple large projects and initiatives simultaneously. Comfortable creating and delivering presentations to internal and external stakeholders. Must possess extremely strong oral and written communication skills, as well as skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Skilled communicator with experience managing influencer relationships on behalf of a global brand. The anticipated base pay range for this position is $96,614 to $128,820. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for a bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare benefits (medical, dental, and vision), paid medical leave, a 401k plan with matching company contributions, vacation time, education assistance, student loan assistance program, eighty hours of paid sick leave time annually, and up to twelve weeks paid parental leave.
