Job Summary Under the direction of the Senior Manager Customer Service and Marketing, the Spares Marketing and Communications Manager will manage the processes related to worldwide communication, spares programs and Spares Online. These responsibilities directly contribute to improved satisfaction and sales growth. This position is also recognized as the worldwide primary point of contact for Spares online management. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Spares Online Administrator and Spares Marketing Programs and Communication Coordinator and their responsibilities. Minimum Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Ten years inside sales/marketing experience in a service organization, inclusive of three years direct customer contact Five years of supervisory experience Intermediate-level proficiency in the use of PC Windows's business software (Microsoft Office preferred) Four years' experience developing presentations utilizing current business software (Microsoft Office PowerPoint preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with internal and external customers in a professional manner. 5 Years Business Aviation experience Additional Desired Qualifications Marketing, Communications or Advertising experience in Aviation or Technical field Working knowledge of SAP Fluent in French Digital mailing/survey experience Physical Demands And Working Environment Minimal travel required. Office environment Use of personal computers required. Principal Duties/Responsibilities (essential Functions) Develop and implement a worldwide Spares communication plan with Dassault Aviation Falcon Spares. Write, maintain, and communicate all Spares Special Programs to customers, employees and the Falcon Customer Portal. Full administration of Falcon Advantage program. Maintain customer contact information and discounts in SAP. Assist in the development and analyses of annual department expense budget. Assist in the development of the Spares annual sales budget. Manage the Worldwide customer mailing lists and the distribution of Spares related mailings to worldwide customers. Worldwide point of contact for Spares Online including but not limited to answering customers' questions, development and testing of improvements. Business Process Owner (BPO). Coordinate the annual review of the worldwide Spares Terms and Conditions. Coordinate with communication team in St. Cloud and Teterboro for Spares content for publications. All Spares information displayed on the Customer Portal - content, development and testing of website enhancements. Provide content for social media upon request. Assist with the creation of Worldwide Spares' Customer Surveys. Analyze, publish, and distribute information from the surveys. Write and coordinate the development of Worldwide customer presentations. Research market and competitor information to strategize for worldwide Sales & Marketing Plan. Assist in developing Sales & Marketing Plan. Maintain Spares Initial Provisioning, Tooling, and Ground Support Equipment Lists. Work with DFJ Command Center and Material Planning, Pricing and Purchasing to ensure content accuracy and integrity. Research competitor information to strategize for DFJ Marketing Plan. Other duties may be assigned by management to meet department or business objectives on an as-needed basis. Seniority level
