General Manager . Our bonus program is structured so that the GM has achievable goals around labor hours, food costs, and DT times. The GM is eligible to receive 1% of gross sales as their bonus. Any sales over their budget earn them 10% of those sales! It is not uncommon for strong managers to make almost as much in bonus as in salary. We are seeking dynamic, results-driven leaders who have an entrepreneurial spirit and value outstanding customer service for our Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen General Manager positions. Managers must have a high level of personal integrity and be able to drive results through continuous coaching. Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day operations - Controls profit loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions. Plans and ensures the professional growth & development of the management team and crew members. Maintains an exceptional level of customer service. Knows and manages compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and ensures the restaurant is completing regular safety/cleaning/operations checklists to guarantee guest satisfaction and inspections. Requirements

Previous Management Experience. Strong organizational skills with a desire to develop others. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Knowledge of both food & labor cost controls. Excellent customer service. Valid driver's license and vehicle. Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Proven reliability and high personal integrity. Benefits
