from $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 yearly income based on experience Position Summary The Mentorship Director leads the design, implementation, and management of mentorship programs that promote personal and professional development. This role involves connecting mentors and mentees, aligning programs with organizational goals, and fostering a culture of growth, inclusion, and continuous learning. The Director oversees program and Budget operations, recruitment, training, and participant support to ensure measurable success. Key Responsibilities Program Development and Management Design and implement mentorship programs aligned with organizational objectives. Develop strategic plans for program growth and long-term impact. Establish policies and best practices for effective mentorship. Evaluate program success through feedback and continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor and Mentee Recruitment Identify and recruit mentors from internal and external sources. Develop criteria for mentee selection and mentor-mentee pairing. Manage onboarding processes for all participants. Training and Support Deliver training, resources, and tools to mentors and mentees. Organize workshops, networking events, and mentorship skills sessions. Provide ongoing support and conflict mediation as needed. Program Operations and Administration Manage program schedules, budgets, and logistics. Maintain accurate records of mentorship activities and outcomes. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to enhance opportunities. Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Communicate program goals and achievements to leadership and participants. Represent the organization at events, conferences, and forums. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in education, organizational development, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Experience 3--5 years in program management, leadership development, or mentorship roles.
