Associate Process Manager

supporting Capital One, you will help manage and support the command center processes. Responsibilities will include documenting, monitoring and controlling critical process points as defined by business policies and standards. This individual must be able to effectively communicate and influence partners across multiple functional areas including multiple levels of the organization. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic agile environment are essential to succeeding in this role. General Responsibilities: Manage Team inbox and event scheduling process on the team calendar, assign events equitably. Evaluate incoming event production requests and match team schedule/resources to client needs. Meet with executive chiefs of staff, admins, event planners, and communication leads to help educate on event request aligning with team service offering. Manage team calendar and event assignments equitably. Assist McLean production team in the technical set-up and/or execution of on-site events as needed/available. Update and organize equipment inventory including computers, network equipment, audiovisual equipment, lighting equipment, etc. Organize, create, and track monthly and quarterly metrics and reports. Continuously update team processes concerning resourcing. Partner with Conference Services team to ensure set up times are being secured for EEP events. Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification. At least 1 year of experience in Process Management. At least 1 year of experience in G- Suite. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or military experience. 1+ year of experience with Event Production. 1+ year of experience with Audiovisual Project Management experience. 1+ year of experience with multimedia systems and controls. 1+ year of experience with analog and digital audio consoles, wireless microphones and supporting audio gear.
