My client, a market-leading, global hedge fund, is looking to make a newly created Compliance Analyst hire into their New York team. Joining a team of 6, and working within a flat structure, the hire will receive fantastic exposure across compliance and the wider business. The hire will be heavily involved in the day-to-day understanding of the US regulatory environment, working cross-functionally with the Operations, Trading, and Tech teams to monitor review of surveillances. The hire will be an integral figure and receive fantastic training from their exceptional team. They are open to candidates with prior compliance experience (1-3 years), or broader legal or finance professionals with strong technical acumen.
