$115,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Sr. Business Development Manager and Recruiter

Salary is up to $115-$120K. $2500 sign on bonus. 20% end of year bonus based on standard incentive criteria. We seek a dynamic Executive Director to lead daily operations in a senior living community. This role fosters a welcoming environment, ensuring resident satisfaction and operational excellence through leadership and financial management. Key Responsibilities Oversee community operations, including resident engagement and regulatory compliance. Develop and implement business plans to enhance community reputation and performance. Manage financial performance, budgeting, and expense control. Lead and support department heads, fostering teamwork and accountability. Attract, train, and retain high-quality staff. Drive resident satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution. Collaborate with clinical leadership to maintain high care standards. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for occupancy goals. Build relationships with local organizations to enhance community profile. Ensure property maintenance and compliance with safety standards. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Three years of leadership experience in operations, preferably in senior living. Community Residential Care Facilities (CRCF) Certification Strong financial and business acumen. Experience managing staff, hiring, and performance oversight. Ability to develop relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders. Valid driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Commitment to resident satisfaction and quality care.
