soft baked croissants. The Creative Director will be responsible for crafting bold, efficient, and breakthrough marketing content to reach and resonate with today’s audience. The Creative Director is leading a team of multidisciplinary creatives, freelances and production partners to bring to life projects in an impactful and agile way. Our ideal candidate is ready to knock out quick-turn design needs to large integrated campaigns – someone that is flexible, smart, and has an imagination that expands outside the standard box. The Creative Director will provide inspiration and coaching to internal creatives and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves as a team player, with a heavy emphasis on digital content production. How you will contribute Essential Duties: Design and Creative Lead Manage creative execution for all NA Ventures Brands, from intake to delivery, ensuring deliverables are met. Oversee packaging design development and execution. Produce high-quality visual designs, concept ideation, web and email wireframes and digital marketing assets. Responsible for creating graphics, including GIFs and stop motions, for use in digital marketing channels. Assist marketing team with event, sales, social media and PR collateral and graphics, both print and digital. Continue to illustrate company identity and culture through ideas and work presented. Manage and maintain company assets, including brand identity style guide and images for all brands. Collaborate with marketing team and agencies to develop creative ideas and to then translate those solutions through a variety of channels. Identify opportunities to incorporate emerging marketing trends and GenAI innovations into the creative strategy and execution. Communicate with key stakeholders internally and externally in a spirit of collaboration, building strong relationships and articulating complex issues effectively. Team Leader Scope projects and forecast resource needs with key stakeholders. Design efficient processes to manage all creative requests, execution and completion with the cross-functional stakeholders. Responsible for maintaining consistent creative quality while applying brand guidelines. Provide thought leadership on brand initiatives and strategy. Cultivate a design culture and inspire the team by sharing ideas and leading design reviews. Manage one direct report – Senior Graphic Designer. Manage freelance designers and photographers to assist in creative needs. Accept responsibility for the organizational goals by taking ownership of new and different duties and identifying new opportunities within the Marketing Department. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Graphic Design or related field. 10 or more years of experience in an in-house creative department or design firm. Experience working in food Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) is ideal. Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom; HTML preferred. Extensive knowledge and experience leading creation of GIFs, videos, photography, and stop motions. Experience with paid ecommerce, web design, and performance marketing preferred. Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills. Ability to think through feedback and develop alternate creative solutions and optimize on-the-fly. Adaptable and quick learner; must be able to apply style guides creatively while upholding brand identity for Perfect Snack. Prior experience managing a team. The base salary range for this position is $137,300 to $188,825; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
