Art Director
How You Will Make an Impact
Our client is seeking a visionary
Art Director
to lead the creative direction and execution of all visual assets across digital, print, and packaging platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the brand’s visual identity forward while ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. As the creative lead, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling content that resonates with the target audience and elevates brand perception.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the overall visual direction and brand aesthetic across all creative channels, including packaging, digital platforms, marketing collateral, and social media. Lead and manage the creative team, providing mentorship, feedback, and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality design work that aligns with the brand’s vision. Conceptualize and oversee the execution of engaging visual campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product Development, and Sales teams to align creative strategies with business goals and market positioning. Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all creative assets while allowing for innovation and evolution. Oversee the design process from ideation to execution, including managing timelines, approvals, and final asset delivery. Provide art direction and creative input for product photography, video shoots, and brand storytelling. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously innovate and enhance the brand’s creative approach. Review and approve creative deliverables, ensuring alignment with brand standards and project objectives. Present creative concepts and strategies to senior leadership and other stakeholders, advocating for design excellence and brand cohesion. What You Will Need
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 6-8 years of professional experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within a consumer products, retail, or lifestyle brand. Proven expertise in branding, visual storytelling, and multi-channel creative strategy. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), with working knowledge of After Effects and other relevant design software. Strong knowledge of digital and print production processes, including packaging design, web assets, and marketing collateral. Experience leading and mentoring a creative team, with a track record of delivering high-quality design work in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies to both creative and non-creative stakeholders. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to shifting priorities. Salary: $110K-160K/yr based on experience + benefits Seniority level
