OSC Global, LLC is seeking a talented President and Chief Executive Officer. This position is based in Anchorage, AK but offers a fully remote schedule for candidates who live outside of Alaska. Remote employees may be required to travel to the corporate office on a regular schedule. For candidates who are based in Anchorage, AK, OSC Global, LLC offers a hybrid work schedule. The incumbent is responsible for presenting opportunities to the Board that are intended to build successful relationships, generate sustainable revenue, and protect or enhance OSC Global's brand and reputation. This position requires a proven, outstanding leader with a unique set of business, financial management, and operations experience to deliver projected growth, revenue, and profit figures. The President and CEO will be responsible for the overall OSC Global family of companies' strategic performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy and Operations
Accountable for the overall programmatic and fiscal integrity of the organization. In partnership with the Board, lead the development of short- and long-range business strategies, goals and objectives intended to produce growth in revenue, net income, Shareholders equity, and brand reputation. Align the organizational structure to optimize the business strategy. Ensure project management systems are being applied efficiently and effectively to achieve the following objectives: (1) health, safety, and environmental responsibility; (2) client expectations for quality, schedule, and budget; (3) financial performance of project-specific targets; (4) project team expectations; (5) operational performance; (6) compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards and (7) quality. Business Development
Work closely with the OSC Global leadership team to lead companywide business development, marketing, and strategic planning to achieve the company’s goals for growth and expansion. Ensure compliance with the Small Business Administration (SBA) and other government agency regulations, especially as it relates to Alaska Native Corporations. Lead the overall company strategy to advance major bid/no-bid decisions, technical proposals, schedules, and cost estimates. Advance teaming arrangements and joint ventures with strategic business partners. Finance
Work closely with OSC Global's Chief Financial Officer to plan and implement strategies for managing financial resources, risks, and generating sustainable revenue and profitability for the company. Oversee OSC Global's financial budgeting and reporting process and regularly evaluate the company’s financial statements to determine performance and status in meeting objectives. Lead leaders; create, develop, and nurture a diverse, high performing leadership team, working together to build trust, align on common goals, clarify roles, responsibilities, and create an overall culture of teamwork, recognition, creativity, innovation, adaptability, diversity, inclusion, and achievement of new ideas and results. In conjunction with OSC Global's leadership, establish and oversee companywide systems and procedures for reporting, project controls, financial controls, business development, and employee relations. Manage overall risks associated with each OSC Global business line and company and eliminate losses and/or negative impacts to the company's reputation. Maintain an understanding of the OSC Global organization, enhance as deemed appropriate, and build relationships with staff at all levels within the organization. Evaluate the performance of OSC Global executives and leadership team and recruit, retain, and mentor managers and presidents of OSC Global's subsidiaries.
