Lynch is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as the Assistant Office Manager. The ideal candidate will be driven, organized, meticulous, and open to cross-training for other accounting positions within the dealership group.

Responsibilities
- Title processing
- Miscellaneous accounting tasks
- Compute commissions for sales staff
- Deal processing of new and used car purchases
- Assists with special projects as needed
- Monitors and reconciles staffing schedules
- Cross-training with other office staff
Requirements
- Dealership office experience required
- Experience in multiple dealership positions/tasks preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Open to cross-training for other accounting positions within the dealership
- Some knowledge of automotive dealership management systems
- Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable interacting with customers and staff
- Must have the ability to multi-task in fast paced environments
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills required
- Must be dedicated to arriving on time with a positive attitude
