We are seeking a talented and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to join our growing team and manage relationships with our channel partners to drive sales, growth, and long-term success.
The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for managing, nurturing, and growing relationships with key channel partners. You will work closely with partners to ensure they have the support, resources, and training needed to successfully sell and promote Informetric’s software products. The goal is to drive revenue growth, enhance partner performance, and strengthen our partner ecosystem.
Channel Partner Management:
- Design a repeatable go-to-market (GTM) approach with partners to include Informetric in their offering that will result in meaningful mutual success.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned channel partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, addressing any concerns, providing product knowledge, and offering strategic support to help partners achieve their sales goals.
Sales Enablement & Support:
- Provide channel partners with sales tools, training, and marketing materials to enable them to effectively sell Informetric’s software products.
- Conduct regular training sessions and product demonstrations to ensure partners are well-equipped to sell the solution.
- Assist partners in developing and executing sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and lead generation initiatives.
Revenue & Growth:
- Drive and support partner sales efforts to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Track partner performance, conduct regular business reviews, and identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness.
- Monitor sales pipelines, identify potential roadblocks, and collaborate with partners to overcome challenges and close deals.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Management) to ensure partner needs are met and to provide feedback for product and marketing development.
- Work closely with the partner marketing team to help execute co-marketing activities and campaigns that generate new business and increase partner visibility.
Reporting & Forecasting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all partner interactions, opportunities, and orders within CRM tools.
- Provide regular updates to management on partner performance, sales forecasts, and progress against revenue goals.
Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in technical, engineering, business or related field
- 4+ years successful sales, key accounts, and indirect channel account management experience in software industry
- Demonstrated understanding of life sciences manufacturing industry with knowledge of technologies, products, and market dynamics.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent time management, communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- US Citizenship
- Travel: up to 50% (domestic, international)
