Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Kitchen and Bathroom Designer located in Alpharetta, GA. The Designer will be responsible for designing and planning kitchen and bathroom renovations
There are 2 positions open and you can choose whicheve one suits you:
- Sales Designer- In this role you will be interfacing with the customer and both designing and selling
- Lead Designer- In this role you will be supporting sales consultants with your design expertise

We appreciate that you read this posting, but this position REQUIRES 5+ years of 2020 CAD and a design degree is strongly favored. We don't just screw cabinets to walls, we completely transform homes; move walls and push the limitations of cutting edge design. And we do it with ease. Qualifications
- Experience designing in high-end semi-custom cabinets
- Experience in kitchen and bathroom design
- Attention to detail and creativity in design
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
- Familiarity with industry trends and materials
Compensation
We know everyone wants a compensation number in the job posting (LOL). Based upon the volume and complexity of the work we do, all Bath and Kitchen Galleria employees earn maximum compensation for their roles. We also need to evaluate your experience to arrive at an acceptable arrangement. ALL Bath and Kitchen Galleria employees have a component of their compensation based upon success. We doubled our revenue from 2023 to 2024. Yep its true!
