Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Pool Repair Technician, located on-site in Wake Forest, NC. The Pool Repair Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing swimming pool equipment, conducting routine pool maintenance, troubleshooting issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining detailed reports of work performed. Daily tasks include the repair and maintenance of pumps, motors, filters, heaters, and other related equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience in Appliance Repair, Equipment Maintenance, and Troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills and a focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Ability to do heavy lifting
- Valid driver's license
- Previous experience in pool repair or a related field is a plus
