The Supervisor Imaging plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the imaging department within the Health Care industry. This role is responsible for supervising a team of imagists to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the imaging services, maintaining quality standards, and providing leadership to the imaging team. This role contributes to the delivery of high-quality patient care and supports the organization's mission.

Supervises and coordinate the daily operations of the imaging department, including scheduling, workflow management, and resource allocation. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and best practices in imaging services. Provides leadership and guidance to the imaging team, including training, performance evaluation, and professional development. Collaborates with physicians, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely interpretation of imaging results. Oversees the maintenance and calibration of imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Monitors and analyzes departmental performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction. Performs other duties as reasonably required or assigned. EDUCATION:

Required: High School Diploma or equivalent, Required, Graduate of a Radiology, Imaging or related educational program. EXPERIENCE:

Required: 2 or More Years, Healthcare - Radiology, CT/Diagnostic or Ultrasound clinical experience performing a variety of exams 1 to 2 Years, Healthcare - Radiology, Imaging Supervisor experience. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:

Required: ARRT (R)(CT) | CT Technologist ARDMS | Ultrasound Technologist BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider ARRT(R)(CT) or ARDMS Ultrasound Technologist required.
