Dartmouth Health Concord is currently seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to work with our team to manage the health and wellness of our patients. You will work collaboratively to provide comprehensive care to our patients in Southern New Hampshire. Working under the general direction of the medical director, you will practice autonomously as well as in collaboration with physicians, APRNs, and PA colleagues, as well as other healthcare providers to provide primary healthcare to patients in our practice.
Dartmouth-Hitchcock Concord is a multispecialty clinic with a large comprehensive Primary Care team, and other specialty services onsite including Allergy and Immunology, Audiology, Cardiology, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Laboratory Services, Neurology, Orthopedics, Otolaryngology, Podiatry, Radiology, Rheumatology, and Surgery.

Qualifications
Board Certified/Truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Must obtain and maintain a medical license in the State of NH and Federal DEA registration
