The Guest Services Program at the Rose Bowl Stadium is implemented for major event dates. Individuals are needed to provide a high level of customer service to guests inside and outside of the stadium. The Rose Bowl Stadium offers a variety of different events such as UCLA Football, concerts, international soccer matches, and the annual Rose Bowl Game. The Rose Bowl Stadium is searching for charismatic, outgoing and fast learning candidates to help create a welcoming, fan-driven environment that continues to improve the legacy of the Rose Bowl Stadium. The position offers a point of contact for guests visiting throughout the stadium, allowing visitors to connect directly with Rose Bowl personnel and to voice concerns, ask questions or provide feedback. The Rose Bowl Stadium values the input of its guests, as the stadium does its best to make our guests' experience as enjoyable as possible. As a result, Guest Services will work directly with Manager to compile a detailed list of suggestions, complaints and other fan experiences.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Possess a high level of knowledge of the facility, familiarizing oneself with all activations, vendors and operations occurring within the stadium • Provide excellent customer service to all stadium guests, maintaining a friendly and outgoing demeanor for the duration of an event • Proactively engage with guests throughout the stadium, demonstrating a welcoming environment and helping when needed • Resolve guest issues as they arise, calmly and respectfully • Assist guests with any stadium-related inquires in person or via phone, text messaging system, and online chat • Speak loud and clear in front of crowds and groups of people, using a microphone and speaker system • Maintain direct communication with stadium, janitorial and premium seating staff via radio communications • Keep detailed records of any questions, incidents, text message complaints and concerns, or feedback from stadium guests via ISS 24/7 • Perform other related tasks as assigned

Qualifications: • Candidate should be self-motivated, organized, professional, outgoing and detail oriented • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Previous customer service experience is a plus • Ability to stand for long periods of time and work long hours while being outside in varying weather • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to receive instruction for a task and properly execute the assigned task with little to no supervision • Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays • Must be able to attend a scheduled staff orientation day prior to the start of the UCLA season • Available for 2025 UCLA Football Season home games (8/30, 9/13, 10/4, 10/18, 11/8, 11/22) • Bilingual is a plus

In addition, the following major events dates have been scheduled to occur with various types of events such as live concerts, and international soccer *4/18, 6/15, 6/17, 6/19, 6/21, 6/23, 6/25, 8/16, 8/30, 9/6-7, 9/13, 10/4, 10/18, 11/8, 11/22 and *1/1/26. Dates are subject to change and additional events may be added during the season. This position is essential to maintaining a great relationship between the Rose Bowl Stadium, UCLA Athletics, various clients and its guests; therefore, dependability, regular attendance and a high level of professionalism are critical to success in this position. * Date is a Sunday or mid-week event
