Bradford Health Services is seeking a
highly qualified

dedicated
PM Counselor I or II to join our Chattanooga outpatient team. This role is critical in delivering structured addiction treatment through individual and group therapy, patient education, and recovery support.
We are specifically looking for
Licensed Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselors (LAADC I or II)
who are ready to make an immediate impact in the lives of those battling substance use disorders. As a key member of our team, you will utilize your expertise to guide patients toward long-term recovery, integrating evidence-based treatment methods and 12-Step facilitation.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct
comprehensive psychosocial assessments
to develop individualized treatment plans. Provide
individual and group therapy
utilizing evidence-based approaches. Educate patients and their families on
addiction, treatment strategies, and recovery resources . Integrate
12-Step principles
into treatment as a structured support mechanism. Maintain
detailed, compliant documentation
in accordance with regulatory and accreditation standards. Qualifications & Requirements:
For Counselor I:
LAADC I certification (TN) - Required upon hire High School Diploma or equivalent - Required CPR Certification - Required upon hire For Counselor II:
LAADC II certification (TN) - Required upon hire Bachelor's degree in Social or Behavioral Science - Required Two years of addiction treatment experience - Preferred CPR Certification - Required upon hire
