Location: Raleigh, NC
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee the successful execution of ground-up commercial projects in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing projects $10M+ in budget and a proven ability to lead teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage all on-site construction activities from project start to completion.
2. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
3. Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.
4. Communicate effectively with project managers, owners, and design teams to ensure project alignment.
5. Oversee quality control, inspections, and adherence to project specifications.
6. Monitor project progress, solve challenges, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial construction projects.
2. Experience managing projects $10M+ in budget.
3. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
4. Knowledge of construction scheduling, site logistics, and subcontractor coordination.
5. Commitment to job site safety and quality assurance.
