Talimer’s client, one of the largest landscape management, snow & ice control, interior plantscaping and holiday decorating companies in WI, is looking for a strong and motivated Account Manager interested in developing long term client relationships. The right candidate will be responsible for maintaining/building relations, while performing other account management duties. You’ll be part of a team with some of the best people in the industry servicing some of the most high profile sites around. Location: Onsite in Oak Creek, WI
Compensation: $60,000 to $70,000 per year

Position Objective:
The primary objective of the Account Manager is to maintain/build relationships with existing and new clients. Also, when time allows, assist in the obtaining of new business and clients for the organization. Sales and Customer Service skills are a must. An understanding of the landscape industry is desirable, but not required
Main responsibility:
- Oversight of client and client site – quality and communication
- Work with production staff to ensure client needs are met – quality and timeliness
- Regular meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction with product
- Sell enhancements to client – improvements to sites, additional services (sweeping, holiday, interiors-working with appropriate managers)
- Renewal of maintenance contract
- New business development as time allows
Experience required:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a valid driver's license with good record
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Professional appearance and interpersonal skills for meeting and developing relationships a must
