Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the migration from Zoom to Teams and 8x8 voice services.
- Independently manage high-level voice engineering tasks from request to completion.
- Configure, install, and manage Microsoft Teams Voice, including PowerShell scripting, SBCs, call plans, dial groups, and location settings.
- Administer and configure Zoom telephony services.
- Manage and configure Cisco UCM (Unified Communications Manager).
- Troubleshoot and optimize voice-related network issues, including routing and QoS.
- Support legacy analog phone systems, including ATAs and POTS replacement technologies.
- Assist with 8x8 contact center and VOIP service configuration.
- Handle international number porting and work with TELCO providers.
- Provide diagnostic and problem-solving support for voice communication systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and migration.
