Overview

The Senior Stores Manager is responsible for overseeing all Endeavor Air stores locations, ensuring efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and strategic alignment with company objectives. This role involves managing budgets, optimizing processes, fostering leadership development, and ensuring effective communication across departments to maintain operational excellence. The position is based out of the Endeavor headquarters in MSP. Responsibilities

Provide oversight and strategic direction to all Endeavor Airlines stores locations, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company and regulatory policies. Develop and implement structured training programs across all stores locations to ensure proper skill development and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with FAA, OSHA, IOSA, DOD, and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational integrity. Optimize staffing levels to support operational demands while maintaining budgetary control and cost efficiency. Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Maintenance, Finance, and Procurement to ensure alignment on key deliverables and performance metrics. Develop, manage, and adhere to stores and shipping budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining operational effectiveness. Spearhead initiatives to enhance technology and process improvements within the Stores and Materials organization, driving efficiency and accuracy. Cultivate a strong leadership team within Stores, emphasizing succession planning, mentorship, and career development to ensure long-term organizational success. Facilitate regular and transparent communication with frontline clerks and interdepartmental teams to align objectives and foster engagement. Communicate and present professionally and effectively to frontline employees and Senior Leadership. Set the MBO goals for department that includes Stores and Operational Manager. Other Duties

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a combination of education and equivalent experience. Minimum 10 years of airline warehousing and logistical experience preferred. 5 years of supervisory or management experience. Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing multiple locations and teams. Strong knowledge of FAA, OSHA, IOSA, DOD regulations and best practices in aviation materials management. Experience in budgeting, cost control, and process improvement initiatives. Proficiency in inventory management systems and technology-driven process enhancements. Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on team development and operational efficiency. Proficient in: MS Office (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook) and general internet applications. Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels within the organization. Strong interpersonal skills with focus on communication and problem resolution. Ability to coordinate multiple projects at the same time with a high degree of completion. Ability to analyze data and implement strategies to optimize inventory and supply chain efficiency. Work Environment & Physical Demands

Full-time exempt position. Located at MSP headquarters. Company business travel will be required (up to 25%). Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Minimal physical exertion such as: pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking, and light lifting of boxes, bags files, and electronic equipment not in excess of 30 lbs. Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed. Computer work, with repetitive motion such as typing, in a typical office environment, sitting for the majority of the day. What We Offer
