Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Facility Management based in Omaha, NE. The Director of Facility Management will oversee the day-to-day operations of facility management, including supervising staff, managing facility operations, budgeting, and coordinating building maintenance. The role involves ensuring that facilities are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with regulations. The position also requires strategic planning to meet the long-term goals of efficient facility management. Qualifications Supervisory Skills and experience in managing teams Experience in Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM) Proficient in Budgeting and financial planning Building Maintenance and ensuring facility safety and regulatory compliance Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for facility management Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field Seniority level : Director Employment type : Full-time Job function : Management and Manufacturing Industries : Hospitals and Health Care
