Our client is a FinTech firm in Manhattan and they are looking to hire a CRM Strategy, AVP for their team. This role sits on-site in their Manhattan office 4 days a week, with 1 day of hybrid flexibility. Please note, this is a highly strategic role, they are not looking for a CRM Administrator. This person will lead strategies to better understand customer needs, improve engagement, and use data to make smarter marketing and sales decisions. Responsibilities: Use CRM data to improve marketing and sales strategies. Streamline customer engagement processes and ensure data accuracy. Define and refine customer profiles to align marketing and sales with customer behavior. Use data insights to enhance the customer experience. Help manage and maintain data systems that support lead generation. Monitor and improve data quality using automation tools. Enable personalized customer interactions based on data insights. Work with different teams to improve CRM processes and workflows. Ensure data privacy and compliance with regulations. Develop and oversee customer surveys to gather feedback. Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve efficiency. Create CRM strategies that strengthen customer relationships by combining technology, data, and content. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field 8+ years of relevant marketing experience including CRM strategy Proven experience in CRM data management and marketing automation Strong understanding of data governance and data privacy regulations Proficiency in using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Snowflake Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment The salary range for this role is $120,000-$180,000, commensurate with experience.
