The Regional Account Executive position is responsible for personally driving and leading our retail sales effort building an in-market retail network for our partners. You must be driven to exceed goals; problem solve and capable of working with a high degree of autonomy. Location:

Seattle, WA Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Direct sell to merchants and manage strategic relationships with our national payment network partners to increase participation of their merchant partners in the PRONTO Fares program. Provide retail facing client service; thoroughly understanding product and service offerings; assessing client needs; responding to requests for service and assistance; meeting commitments. Develop and implement successful sales strategies and tactics that leverage our new online payment technology platform to grow small/independent merchants within the PRONTO Fares retail. Identify, cultivate, and contract a diverse population of merchants to create a retail portfolio of large box, grocery, c-store, check cashiers, and newsstands to sell cards and fare value for our PRONTO Fares program. Create and maintain a client database using salesforce.com to support sales efforts, sales analysis, reporting, and auditing of all participating merchants. Provide contract administration for all retailers in the PRONTO Fares portfolio. Become a subject matter expert for our retail point-of-sale application; develop training and support programs for sales staff, client servicing staff, and our merchant partners. Implement, manage, and actively participate in a retailer audit program to ensure that company products and services are being properly marketed by retailers. Compensation:

$75-90K Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
