Position Details:
Pay:
$42 - $45 per hour (depending on experience) Schedule:

Key Responsibilities: Provide
wound care and treatments
as directed by the physician and care plan Monitor and document
wound progress and skin conditions Ensure
infection control and safety
protocols are strictly followed Collaborate with
nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
to ensure optimal patient outcomes Educate residents and families on
proper wound care and prevention Maintain accurate and detailed
treatment records and reports What We're Looking For:
Active LVN license
in the state of California Treatment certification preferred , but not required Experience in
wound care or treatment nursing
is a plus Strong
attention to detail
and commitment to patient care Ability to work effectively
in a fast-paced healthcare environment
