1. Prepare and cook menu items following Urban Kitchen's recipes and standards
2. Demonstrate proficiency in various cooking techniques such as broiling, sautéing, and pasta making
3. Create visually appealing plate presentations
4. Manage food costs and portion control to maintain profitability
5. Accommodate guests with special dietary restrictions
6. Enhance the following skills:
   • Knife Skills
   • Breakfast
   • Sauce Making
