Key Responsibilities: For Licensed Insurance Agents: Sell and cross-sell various insurance products, including but not limited to life insurance. Provide expert advice and assistance to clients regarding their insurance needs, coverage options, and benefits. Maintain and manage client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Assist clients with policy renewals, changes, and claims. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and products to effectively advise clients. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Attend ongoing training to maintain required licenses and certifications. For Non-Licensed Insurance Agents: Generate leads and assist potential clients in understanding their insurance options. Educate clients on basic insurance coverage and product offerings. Help clients schedule consultations with licensed agents. Assist in administrative tasks such as paperwork, data entry, and client follow-ups. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. Participate in training programs to obtain necessary licenses and certifications (if applicable). Support the sales team in achieving organizational goals and targets.
