Harbin Clinic
Full-time opportunity for Board Certified (or eligible) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become part of our Neurology provider team. Experience in Neurology is preferred but open to train new graduates with a serious interest in the specialty.
Schedule:
- See patients in clinic 5 days per week; no hospital or weekend requirements
- Required flexibility with schedule based on clinic volumes
- Clinic hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Scope of practice:
- Effectively identify, evaluate and address prevention and treatment of common neurological problems in general neurology including migraine, Parkinson’s, seizures, MS, dementia, stroke, TIA, neuropathy, radiculopathy, epilepsy, concussion, tremors and other movement disorders
- Collaborate with medical team ensuring the safety of patients when indicated
- Understand and maintain knowledge of neurological diseases, treatments, procedures, including familiarity with indicated medications and non-operative therapies
- Provide education to patients and families
