Qualifications:

1. Certified by NCCPA (PA-C) or AANP/ANCC (ACNP-BC)
2. Current and valid Texas state license (or eligibility to obtain)
3. Minimum of 1 year of hospital medicine experience required
4. Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
5. Exceptional communication skills and a patient-first attitude

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive assessments and manage the care of hospitalized patients
2. Provide evidence-based treatment plans and monitor patient progress
3. Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and nursing staff to deliver high-quality, coordinated care
4. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient needs
5. Participate in daily patient rounds and contribute to discharge planning
6. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and clinical protocols
