Job/Practice Description: Endocrinologist

  • Full-Time.
  • Join a group that offers a very large referral base and is the area’s preferred provider network of employed providers.
  • Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
  • Physicians usually have a requirement of 10 days of call for inpatient coverage (not required to come in to see the patients).
  • In-office call is normally handled by the nurse after hours call line.
  • Protocols are in place; the nurses answering the calls handle most everything.
  • The inpatients are managed by the hospitalist and intensivist; therefore, it would be just an emergent situation to back up the hospitalist or intensivist.
  • Will have a diabetic educator and dietician.

Professional Background: Endocrinologist

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology.
  • Must possess an unrestricted Texas Medical License or be eligible to be licensed in the state of Texas.
  • Endocrinologist H1B accepted.
