Rutland Regional Medical Center is recruiting a full-time BC/BE Ophthalmologist. This is a hospital-employed practice that is dynamic and collaborative.

• Join a very busy hospital-employed practice with one ophthalmologist and a support team of Certified Ophthalmic Assistants.
• Manageable call - home call/beeper call.
• Assigned OR blocks.
• Excellent benefits including health, vision, and dental insurances.
• Paid Malpractice - RRMC provides professional liability insurance coverage for Physicians with coverage limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence/$3,000,000 aggregate. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, RRMC agrees to pay the appropriate reporting endorsement, also known as “tail coverage”.
• CME time and expense allowance of $6000 per fiscal year.
• Signing bonus.

• Educational loan repayment and PSLF eligible employer.
• Board certification/Board eligibility required.
