General Manager
Reporting to the Area Director, the General Manager is responsible for protecting and delivering the Del Taco Brand, to grow sales while maximizing the efficiency and profitability of the restaurant by leading the Del Taco Way.
Responsibilities
- Lead the restaurant team to achieve sales and profitability goals.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Manage staff training and development.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
