Job Highlights

US Anesthesia Partners (USAP) has several outpatient surgery centers in Florida starting in the panhandle down to Miami. If you are looking to make a move to the Sunshine State for the warmer climate and a slower pace in the workplace, consider joining one of our ASCs in the Tampa/New Port Richey/Sarasota areas:

  • Longleaf Surgery Center: A physician-owned multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) located on Starkey Blvd in Trinity. Current specialties include foot and ankle surgery, shoulder surgery, knee surgery, spine surgery, hand surgery, and pain management.
  • New Port Richey Surgery Center: Founded in 1985, this center provides surgical care for procedures that are too complex for the surgeon’s office but do not require hospitalization. It has four operating suites and two endoscopy rooms, performing around 3,922 cases per year, primarily in endo, ortho, and general surgery.
  • Select Physicians Surgery Center: Located in Tampa with 3 ORs, performing roughly 1,500 cases per year, focusing on ENT and cosmetic procedures.
  • Reproductive Medicine Group (RMG): Tampa Bay's largest local infertility practice, housing two certified ORs and a comprehensive IVF laboratory. RMG offers outpatient procedures for fertility improvement, including laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgeries.
  • Intercoastal Medical Group - Aesculapian Surgery Center (IMG): A 10,500 square foot multi-service facility in Sarasota with 3 ORs, handling approximately 6,800 cases per year across various specialties.

Qualifications

  • All USAP Anesthesiologists must be either an M.D. or D.O. with the completion of an approved Anesthesiology Residency program.
  • Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology
  • Anesthesiologist must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges.
