Pediatric Physiatrist

To assist licensed personnel in the delivery of quality patient care.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE TO THE FOLLOWING STUDER PHILOSOPHIES AND PRINCIPLES:

1. HCAPS Patient Perception.
2. Hourly Rounding with Intention.
3. Bedside Shift Report.
4. AIDET.
5. Daily Huddles.

FUNCTIONS:

1. Floats as requested by the team leader and/or supervisor/staffing coordinator.
2. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education:

1. High School Graduate or GED equivalent.
2. Successful completion of Nurse Aide course or the equivalent.
3. Current Certified Nursing Aide from the state of Kentucky.
4. BLS certification - American Heart Association (Healthcare Provider) or American Red Cross (Healthcare Provider) required, must be current.

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

One year experience as a Nursing Aide is preferred.
