Job Title: Area General Manager

Location: Silver Springs, MD

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area General Manager to oversee our residential plumbing and HVAC operations in Silver Springs, MD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multiple locations, driving business growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily operations of multiple residential plumbing and HVAC service locations.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives.
  3. Manage budgets, financial performance, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  4. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of managers and technicians.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
  6. Drive customer satisfaction through quality service delivery and effective problem resolution.
  7. Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  8. Identify opportunities for business development and expansion.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as an Area General Manager or in a similar managerial role within the residential plumbing and HVAC industry.
  2. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  3. Excellent financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&L statements.
  4. Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  5. Solid understanding of industry regulations and safety standards.
  6. Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  7. Ability to travel within the assigned area as needed.

Education:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the residential plumbing and HVAC industry.
